1. Service Description

XRAY Hourly is a scheduling and consultation management platform operated by XRAY Workflow Automation (“XRAY,” “we,” “us”). Clients purchase time packages, get matched with consultants, and attend sessions using shared video conferencing resources.

2. Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

3. Time Packages and Billing

Time packages are purchased via Stripe. Packages expire 6 months after purchase. Hours are deducted upon session completion. Refund requests for unused hours may be submitted within the package expiry window.

4. Calendar Integration

Consultants may connect their Google Calendar to sync availability. XRAY Hourly reads and writes calendar events to manage bookings. You may disconnect your calendar at any time through your account settings. Disconnecting revokes our access to your calendar data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is.” XRAY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for time packages in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
