How billing actually works
Start with a 4-hour block
Your first engagement is a 4-hour block — $1,000. Enough to actually fix something, not just diagnose it.
One flat rate
$250 an hour, whatever the tool or the difficulty. No tiers, no “senior expert” upcharge, no platform fee at checkout.
Add hours anytime
Past the first block, top up with more hours whenever you need them — same flat rate, and unused hours stay valid for six months.
Hourly or Monthly?
Hourly fixes the thing in front of you. Monthly hands the whole operation to a dedicated team. Start where you are — you can always graduate.

Questions about money
When am I charged?
You pay for your hour block up front through our secure Stripe checkout — the 4-hour minimum applies to your first engagement. Sessions draw down your purchased hours, and if one runs over, the extra time is billed per minute at the same rate.
What if we run over the booked time?
We'll always check in before time's up. Keep going if you like — extra time is billed in 15-minute increments at the same $250 rate.
Do you offer refunds?
If a session doesn't deliver what we agreed at the start, tell us — we'll make it right or refund the hour. That's the whole policy.
